Sombrero covers a 6 month campaign and is used in a team-based workshop using current organisational data.
Participants will develop a hands-on understanding of:
- The different media and channels available to their organisations and their relative effectiveness.
- Estimating the costs for different interventions for a whole campaign.
- Forecasting the value of the interactions which result and the breakeven/payback on any campaign.
- The importance of indirect interventions (e.g. Your Followers' Followers) in maximising social media results.
Sombrero is a sim 'blueprint' which is customised and configured to suit the target organization.
